What we collect
- Account details: email, login credentials (stored hashed), and account preferences.
- Order & billing data: the plans you buy, invoices, and payment status. We don't store full card numbers — payments are handled by the payment provider.
- Service data: hostnames, chosen images, and usage metrics needed to run your instances.
- Technical logs: access IP, timestamps, and request info, used for security and troubleshooting.
Why we collect it
To provision and maintain your services, process billing, provide support, keep the platform secure, and — where you've agreed — send service-related notices.
Who we share with
We don't sell your personal data. We share the minimum necessary with service providers (infrastructure upstreams, payment channels) only to deliver the service, or where required by law.
Data retention
Billing and compliance records are kept as required by law; other data is deleted or anonymized when your account closes or it's no longer needed.
Your choices
You can view and update your account details, export or delete your data, or opt out of non-essential notices. Open a ticket and we'll help.
