We'd rather earn your business than lock you in. If a new plan isn't working out within 7 days, open a ticket and we'll refund it — no essay, no reason required. The exact rules are below, in plain language.
This policy applies to VPS plans bought directly from WawaNode. The core is simple: within 7 calendar days of first activating a plan, if it's not right for you, we refund the full amount to your original payment method — or to your account balance.
Who's eligible
- A newly activated plan: the guarantee covers the first time you try a plan.
- Requested within 7 calendar days of activation (measured from when the service goes live).
- Your account is in good standing and hasn't been actioned for a policy breach.
What's not covered
So the guarantee stays fair and sustainable for everyone, the no-questions refund doesn't apply to:
- Services that have been active for more than 7 days.
- Renewal invoices. The guarantee is for first-time activations — see “Renewals & upgrades” below.
- Add-ons that have been used or metered: traffic packages, extra IPs, spec upgrades, and similar are settled as consumed.
- Services suspended or terminated for breaching our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy (abuse, attacks, fraud, and the like).
- Third-party costs: crypto network fees, foreign-exchange differences, and bank or payment-processor fees are outside our control.
How and when you're refunded
By default we refund to your original payment method. Timing depends on the channel:
- Alipay / WeChat (including via 易支付): usually minutes to 1–3 business days.
- PayPal: typically 3–5 business days, subject to PayPal's processing.
- USDT: returned in USDT on the original chain to an address you provide, for the same token amount. We don't cover the crypto's fiat-value swings.
- Credit to account balance (recommended): instant after confirmation, with no fees. Balance can be reused for any new order or renewal — the fastest option if you just need the funds back in play.
Renewals & upgrades
Renewals aren't part of the 7-day guarantee, but we won't ignore your situation. If something goes wrong right after a renewal, open a ticket — unused time can usually be prorated to account balance, handled case by case.
Spec upgrades (more CPU / memory, etc.) are prorated against the price difference. An upgrade that's already live isn't refundable on a whim, but you can always reach out to discuss adjustments.
How to request a refund
Sign in to your dashboard, open a new ticket under the Billing category, and mention the service plus an optional reason. We'll respond quickly — usually within one business day.

Chargebacks & disputes
Please open a ticket before anything else — we settle refunds quickly and can resolve almost everything directly, far faster than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback or dispute before contacting us may result in account suspension.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will note the date at the top of this page. Orders you've already placed are honored under the terms in effect when you bought them.
