The agreement between us, in plain terms.

1. Your account

You agree to provide accurate registration details and are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials safe, and tell us promptly if you notice unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for anything unlawful, or to launch attacks, send spam, distribute malware, or infringe others' rights. We may suspend or terminate services involved in clear abuse or that endanger the network.

3. Billing & renewals

Plans are prepaid for the cycle you choose. A renewal invoice is issued before expiry; unpaid invoices may lead to suspension or reclamation. Prices, specs, and available images are as shown at checkout. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

4. Service availability

We work hard to keep the service stable but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced where possible. Upstream capacity and image availability can affect provisioning of new instances.

5. Your data & backups

You are responsible for the data on your instances and should keep your own backups. Unless a plan explicitly includes it, we don't provide backups by default.

6. Termination

You can end the service at any time by not renewing. If you materially breach this agreement, we may suspend or terminate the affected services after notice. Data may be deleted after termination.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update this agreement and will note the date on this page. Significant changes are announced. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
