PUSH (service transfer) lets you transfer an eligible server to another registered WawaNode user whose account is active.
Fee
The fee is the greater of:
- ¥1; or
- 5% of the service's monthly-equivalent price, rounded up according to the system's minor-unit rules.
The exact fee is quoted before the request is sent. The sender must keep enough account balance available. The fee is charged to the sender when the recipient accepts, and a paid invoice is created; the recipient does not pay this fee.
Transfer flow
- The sender opens the service page, selects Push server, and enters the recipient's registered email.
- The system creates a pending request that expires after 7 days; the sender may cancel before acceptance.
- When the recipient accepts in the dashboard, the system charges the sender and transfers the primary service together with its add-ons.
Terminated or failed services, services with an upgrade or critical provider operation in progress, and reseller-managed services cannot be transferred. Add-ons cannot be transferred independently. Some provider services are also blocked when credentials cannot yet be rotated safely; the service page shows the current eligibility.
