At WawaNode, a withdrawal applies to your referral commission balance — the commission you earn when friends you invited make purchases. Withdrawals go through a review period and are handled via a ticket. This article explains the general flow and how long it takes.
How a withdrawal works
- Sign in at wawanode.com → dashboard, open the referral/commission page, and check your withdrawable commission balance.
- Start a withdrawal request. The page shows the current minimum amount, fee, and estimated processing time — always follow what's displayed there.
- Go to dashboard → Tickets (
/dashboard/tickets/new) and open a ticket stating the amount and your accurate payout details.
How long until it arrives?
Commission usually goes through a hold/review period first, to confirm the related orders are stable, and then we process the payout manually. The exact processing time is shown when you submit your request and may vary slightly by payout method. If it hasn't arrived after the estimated time, just follow up in the same ticket.
Avoid delays
- Make sure your payout details are correct: the Alipay account, name, and identity info must match. Wrong details are the most common cause of delays.
- Confirm the commission has cleared its hold period and meets the minimum.
- Track a single withdrawal in one ticket so support can verify it easily.
