Your account balance is recorded in Chinese yuan (CNY) and can be used for purchases, invoices, renewals, upgrades, and auto-renewal.
How to top up
- Sign in to wawanode.com and open Dashboard → Balance.
- Select Top up and enter the CNY amount.
- If you have a top-up promotion code, enter it on the page; the displayed eligibility, limits, and expiry rules are authoritative.
- Choose a currently available method, such as Alipay, WeChat Pay, card, or USDT, and verify the actual charge, settlement currency, and fee.
- Complete payment as instructed. After settlement is confirmed, the balance and ledger update automatically.
Deposited account balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Referral commission is a separate balance and follows the withdrawal rules shown on the referral page.
If payment completed but the balance has not arrived after a reasonable time, open a ticket from Dashboard → Tickets and include the top-up invoice number, payment time, and proof of payment.
