WawaNode invoices are recorded in Chinese yuan (CNY). After signing in, open Dashboard → Invoices to review each invoice number, amount, creation date, and status.
Common statuses
- Unpaid: Payment has not been completed.
- Paid: The invoice has been settled.
- Partially refunded / Refunded: Part or all of the payment has been processed through the refund record.
Open an invoice to review line items such as purchases, renewals, upgrades, and traffic packages. An unpaid invoice can be paid with any method currently offered on the page, or with account balance when sufficient.
Requesting a formal invoice
Eligible paid invoices display Request formal invoice. Submit the buyer name, address, tax or registration number, and other requested details. After review, WawaCloud Inc. issues a formal commercial invoice that you can view and download under Dashboard → Formal invoices.
This is a commercial invoice issued by a Canadian company; it is not a mainland-China VAT fapiao. If the request option is unavailable or an invoice amount looks wrong, open a ticket from Dashboard → Tickets and include the invoice number.
