Renewed but the expiry date hasn't changed? Don't worry. In almost every case the renewal did go through—the issue is usually payment status, browser cache, or a short processing delay. The steps below will sort it out.
Step 1: Confirm the invoice is paid
The most common cause is that the order wasn't actually paid. Go to Dashboard → Invoices and find the renewal invoice:
- The renewal is only complete when the status shows Paid.
- If it still says Unpaid, the payment didn't succeed (you may have closed the payment page, or a balance top-up hasn't landed). Pay it again, or use Balance Top-up with Alipay / WeChat Pay / card / USDT first, then settle the invoice.
Step 2: Wait a few minutes, then refresh
After payment, the system needs a few minutes to process the renewal. Wait briefly, then:
- Hard-refresh the page (
Ctrl + F5to clear cache). - If it still looks stale, log out and log back in so an old cache doesn't show the previous expiry date.
- Re-open the service detail page and check the expiry date.
Step 3: Auto-renew vs. manual
On the service detail page, check the auto-renew toggle:
- With auto-renew on, the system generates and charges the invoice automatically near expiry—no manual action needed.
- If you assumed auto-renew was enabled but it's actually manual, you must pay the invoice yourself before it expires.
Still stuck?
If the invoice clearly shows Paid, and after waiting and re-logging in the expiry date on the service detail page still hasn't moved, open a ticket at Dashboard → Tickets. Include the invoice number and link the affected service to the ticket so we can check it for you quickly.
