This guide explains how to reset your WawaNode panel (account) login password. Important: your account password is what you use to sign in at wawanode.com — it is not the same as your server's root password, which you manage from the service detail page via Reset Password.
Forgot Password (Can't Log In)
- Go to the sign-in page and click Forgot password / 忘记密码 (URL
/forgot-password). - Enter the email address you registered with, then submit.
- We'll send a password reset email to that address. Open the link in it and set a new password.
- Sign back in to the dashboard with your new password.
Tips:
- If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder.
- Make sure you enter the exact email you registered with, or the link won't reach you.
- Reset links expire — if yours no longer works, just request a new one.
Logged In and Want to Change It
- Sign in to the dashboard and open Account Settings.
- Find the Password / Change password section.
- Enter your current password, then your new password twice, and save.
Use a strong password with upper- and lower-case letters and numbers, and avoid reusing it across other sites.
Account Password ≠ Server Password
- Account (panel) password: used to log in to the wawanode.com dashboard — reset it using the steps above.
- Server root password: used to log in to your VPS. Change it under Dashboard → service detail page → Reset Password. After resetting you may need a reboot (follow the on-screen note), then verify via the VNC console or the browser SSH terminal.
