Open Dashboard → service detail page → IPv4 Add-ons to see the included primary IPv4 and purchased add-on addresses.
Add IPv4
Click Add IPv4, select the quantity, review the purchase fee, and confirm payment. Addresses are selected automatically from the available pool. Requesting a specific address and directly switching an existing address are not supported. Prices vary by route; use the purchase and renewal prices shown on the page.
Release an add-on IPv4
Purchased add-on addresses can be released. The included primary address cannot be released. A release takes effect immediately and is non-refundable; it only removes the address from future renewals.
If an address is blocked or you have special network requirements, open a ticket and link the service.
