Yes, you can request a refund for a WawaNode server, as long as your request falls within our refund policy window. Here's how to request one and which cases are usually non-refundable.
Are you eligible?
Whether a refund can be processed depends on whether you request it within the period set out in our Refund Policy. For the exact refund window, any fees, and other terms, please refer to the Refund Policy page on our site—we don't list exact day counts here so the information stays in sync with the latest policy. We recommend reading that page first to confirm your service is still within the eligible period.
How to request a refund
- Sign in at wawanode.com and open the dashboard.
- Go to Dashboard → Tickets → New Ticket (/dashboard/tickets/new).
- Link the relevant service to the ticket so we can verify your order quickly.
- Explain the reason for the refund and confirm whether it should go to your account balance or the original payment channel (please ask in the ticket).
Once submitted, our support team will review it against the refund policy and reply with the outcome.
What's usually non-refundable
The following are generally outside the refund scope (the Refund Policy is authoritative):
- Used traffic or already-purchased traffic packages;
- Special offers / promotional plans, limited-time deals, or orders that used a coupon;
- Services past the refund policy window;
- Services terminated for violating our terms of use.
If you simply want to stop renewing rather than get a refund, turn off the auto-renew toggle on the service detail page; the service will stop automatically at expiry.
Still stuck?
