Many users mix up "traffic reset" and "auto-renew." Here's the short version: your service is billed in cycles, and every successful renewal starts a brand-new cycle while resetting your traffic counter back to zero.
How traffic gets reset
Each service runs on a billing cycle, and its traffic allowance follows that cycle. When the cycle ends and renewal succeeds, the system automatically begins a new cycle and your traffic usage resets to zero. You can check current-cycle usage, remaining traffic, and CPU/RAM stats anytime under Traffic & Monitoring on the service detail page.
What happens if you go over
If you exceed your traffic within a cycle, the service may be rate-limited or suspended until one of these happens:
- The next cycle begins after a successful renewal, which resets traffic automatically; or
- You click Buy Traffic Package on the service detail page to top up immediately and restore access.
Auto-renew and your balance
When you turn on the Auto-renew toggle on the service detail page, the system automatically charges your account balance to renew at expiry. The key to a smooth renewal is keeping your balance topped up:
- Go to Dashboard → Balance Top-up.
- Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, card, or USDT (prices in CNY).
- Confirm the Auto-renew toggle is enabled on the service detail page.
If your balance is too low at renewal time, the renewal can fail, the service expires and goes offline, and traffic will not reset. Keep a buffer in your balance ahead of time.
