A common question: when exactly does my traffic counter zero out and start fresh? In short, traffic resets per billing cycle — at the start of each cycle it's automatically restored to your plan's allowance.
When the reset happens
Your traffic quota resets automatically at the start of each billing cycle, usually monthly, tied to your service's billing-cycle date (the same date it renews). For example, if your service renews on the 5th, your traffic recalculates around the 5th of each month — no action needed on your part.
The reset date varies by plan and purchase date, so always go by what's shown on your own service detail page.
Where to check remaining traffic
- Sign in at wawanode.com and open the dashboard (控制台).
- Go to the service detail page for the server in question.
- Click 流量与监控 (Traffic & Monitoring) to see used and remaining traffic for the current cycle, plus CPU / RAM stats.
If you run out before the reset
If your traffic is exhausted before the reset date, you have two options:
- Buy a traffic package (购买流量包): on the service detail page, click 购买流量包 to top up usable traffic immediately — no waiting.
- Wait for the reset: your allowance restores automatically on the next billing-cycle date.
We recommend keeping an eye on usage in 流量与监控 and acting before you hit the limit to avoid disruption.
