Many customers start on monthly billing and later want to switch to annual once things are running smoothly. The good news: most plans support converting monthly to annual, and annual billing usually works out cheaper per month.
Why go annual
- Lower cost: Annual plans typically come with a discount, so the per-month average beats monthly (final price is whatever your plan page shows — listed in CNY).
- Less hassle: Pay once and you're covered for the year. We recommend turning on the auto-renew toggle on the service detail page so you don't miss the renewal.
How to switch
Option 1: Choose annual at renewal
- Go to Dashboard → service detail page.
- When renewing, change the billing cycle from "Monthly" to "Annual", confirm the price, and pay.
- If your balance is short, top up first via balance top-up using Alipay, WeChat Pay, card, or USDT.
Option 2: Open a ticket and let us convert it
If you don't see a direct annual option on the page, the safest route is a ticket:
- Go to Dashboard → Tickets (/dashboard/tickets/new).
- Link the service to the ticket and say you'd like to move from monthly to annual.
- Our team will convert the billing cycle for you.
Will my paid time be wasted?
Usually any unused time in your current cycle is credited / deducted, so it isn't lost. The exact calculation depends on your situation, so please confirm via a ticket rather than guessing.
Still stuck?
